Three Day Weekends are the Best!!!!

It’s hump day! Not only is it just any ordinary hump day, but it’s a hump day right before a 3 day weekend!!! WOOHOO!  While the rest of the country is looking forward to BBQs or taking a long weekend getaway, I am looking forward to spending the entire weekend out on my patio crocheting.  I know that’s a redundant theme in my life! But things have been so busy the last few weekends, it’s going to be nice to just be at home and not have any demands on my time other than what I want to do.

One of the things I want to do is design a cotton summer top of some sort. I realize that’ pretty vague, but I’m not sure of the style or stitch or any of that.  The only thing I know right now is the yarn! HAHA! I ordered some cotton yarn online from www.herrschners.com and the brand name is called Layla and the color is Sunset.  It is a rather inexpensive yarn, but I fell in love with the color immediately.  So, now I have to come up with a design worthy of the yarn!!!! Wish me luck.

Today, I’m sharing my pattern for a swimming suit cover up. I hope you enjoy—it’s just in time for the opening of all of those pools!!!! Have a fabulous weekend my friends and don’t waste a second of it!!!!  Happy Memorial Day!
